Clutch Chairz Return Policy
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and packed as they were when they left our warehouse. Failure to do so may result in damage to the goods rendering them unsellable. The customer is responsible for return delivery charges. All returns must have a valid Return Authorization number.
Residential delivery is subject to a “left atdoor” policy by the carrier and will be considered DELIVERED as per the carrier status of the shipment. Clutch Chairz can request signature for Residential Deliveries but cannot guarantee such.
Return of UNUSED standard merchandise will be a minimum of 20% of the cost of the merchandise for restocking as well as shipping charges. The customer is responsible for traceable return shipping
Please allow 10-15 business days after it’s received to inspect your return and process your refund. Allow a minimum of 30/45 days for the return/credit process and posting for a credit card you will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase was made, i.e. if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited with the amount.
The refund, less shipping & restocking fees, will be made within 30 days of return, and may be delayed due to any damage claim by the carrier.
Refund approval is dependent on inspection results. Item must be unused,undamaged and in the original packaging. Allow a minimum of 30 days.
We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that are refused at the destination, soiled, damaged or missing parts.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, including residential fees.
CancellationsPrior to Shipment
Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made by e-mail as soon as possible. Any e-mail messages requesting an order be changed or cancelled received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Cancellation requests submitted after the item has shipped will be treated as a return and other costs including but not limited to shipping and handling costs will be deducted/charged. Any order refused upon delivery (unless previously arranged through our Customer Service Department) will be treated as a return and shipping & handling costs will be deducted/charged. Credit Card orders must be cancelled the day they were placed, before 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Merchant Transaction fees will be deducted from the refund. Merchant Transaction fees are as follows:
• Visa / MasterCard – 3.5% of total purchaseprice
• American Express – 4.0% of total purchase price
• Discover – 3.5% of total purchase price
• Credit Card companies charge a transaction fee, there will be an additional transaction fee of $10.00
• Cancelled orders will incur a minimum of $20.00 in cancellation fees.
A minimum 20% “restocking fee” will be assessed on any order cancelled after 24 hours, since we aim to expedite items as soon as payment is received.

Full Warranty Policy
Clutch Chairz Ltd (referred to as Clutch Chairz from this point) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years on chair parts & upholstery, 1 year on accessories and lifetime on the internal steel frame, subject to the limitations below:
Coverage area: Continental United Statesonly - Warranty coverage is not available on international orders.
The original user’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Clutch Chairz’s option.
Consent from Clutch Chairz must be obtained before any warranty work is performed.
This warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced due to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuseor ‘accident’, shipping damage, or product use and installation other than in accordance with written instructions or warnings.
This warranty shall not apply when a product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished other than by Clutch Chairz or an authorized dealer.
This warranty shall not apply to free accessories such as the lumbar support or head cushion or other free promotional items.
Warranties commence onoriginal user’s date of purchase. Claims must be made with in date of limitations.
Clutch Chairz’s warranty DOES NOT APPLY tothe following:
• Nominal or normal amount of wear and tear that can occur overtime
• Failures which result from negligence, abuse, accident or misuse
• Failure to apply, install or maintain products according to Clutch Chairz's written instructions and warnings
• Modifications, attachments or repair methods not approved by Clutch Chairz
• Damage caused by a carrier in transit, or delivery/installation contractors
• Products exposed to extreme hot and cold temperatures or excessive dry environments
• Damage by marking or staining; damage by sharp objects or imprinting from instruments
• Damage of fabrics from exposure to sunlight (including UV rays)
• Products used for rental purposes
Clutch Chairz makes no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties,express or implied, other than those set out here. As codes and standards vary from one jurisdiction to another, references to compliance are solely for convenience and without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. Users must verify the suitability of such information or product for their specificapplication. In no event shall Clutch Chairz be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary,damages.
